Gingerbread Royal Wedding?

I just took this picture in Waitrose of the gingerbread Kate and Wills- hilarious! The assistants in Waitrose thought they looked like angels (but I guess they’re crowns and not halos!). Who knows, perhaps on the big day, Kate will wear a heart shaped dress and googly eyed Wills will wear a union jack waistcoat (and nothing else) – we’ll just have to wait and see!

What do you guys think – is it flattering or crazy to be immortalised (for a short time!) in gingerbread?

That also reminded me what I had spotted yesterday in Cath Kidston Covent Garden – a book on how to Knit the royal wedding! Strange to say the least, although the knitted corgis were extremely cute (much cuter than the real thing!).
