Happy Friday!! I KNOW I say this every week, but I am so happy it’s the weekend! I’m pretty sure it’s just January, but at the moment I can’t seem to get enough sleep during the week. Hurry up Spring!
This week I made this monstrosity delightful concoction for a friends birthday – peanut butter chocolate chunk cheesecake on a chocolate chip cookie base!
This week in the City WI book club we discussed The Great Gatsby. I had read it a few times before so it was really fascinating that a new facet of the book came to light. I love that about re-reading books.
A winter dinner of sharp cheddar on walnut bread, plus sliced apples. I cannot get enough cheese on toast, fruit toast, crumpets, English muffins etc at the moment. I’m blaming the cold weather.
